🍜 A Happy Pancake

This is a chain, you will find them all over Tokyo and beyond (we also had it in Kyoto). We have tried quite a few things on the menu here, like the default Happy Pancake, Tiramisu, Chocolate Sauce, and Berries. On the whole, the pancake itself is probably the best one. Like, not just an egg white mess, actually has some pancake aspect to it. The toppings are reasonable, but not the best. So this one wins as having the best pancake, but not necessarily the best dish. That comes down to the ordering and personal preference (I do not accept preferences on the pancake itself 😂)
