Nara

Nara is mostly done as a day trip from Osaka, which is also what we did. One of the big "attractions" of Nara is the deer, that are just free roaming. Let me tell you, these deer are not delightful. They are conditioned to hassle anyone that might have food for them until they get all the food you can provide!

Honestly, it's 7 years at the time of writing since we went to Nara, and I don't remember much else about it other than the deer. So, if you are eying it off for other things, great, but don't go for the deer 🤣
